• "Engagement" refers to the agreement formed when a client confirms they wish to proceed with one of our services and we accept the matter.

Our service fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are communicated to you before any work begins. Payment is due upon commencement of each service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash payments at our office. Receipts are provided for all payments.

If a matter is more complex than initially assessed, we will discuss any additional scope and associated cost with you before proceeding. You are under no obligation to authorise additional work.

Refunds: If we are unable to begin work on your matter after payment has been received, we will refund the full amount. Once substantive work has commenced, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and reflect work completed to date.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Each service has defined scope as described on our Solutions page. You agree that:

• Timelines depend in part on third-party responses (e.g., Social Security Office) which we cannot control
• We will keep you informed of any delays and their likely cause
• Scope changes are agreed in writing before additional work begins
• You are responsible for the accuracy of documents and records you provide to us

Legal matters involve uncertainty, and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. While we bring relevant expertise and work diligently on every matter, we cannot promise a particular result. Our services are provided on the basis of reasonable professional care and skill, not as a warranty of any outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

12. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so we can seek to resolve the matter informally. If that is not possible, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These terms, together with any written engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between us.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent.
• Notices: Formal notices should be sent to our address or email below.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of this website or our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.
