These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your engagement with the legal advisory services provided by Rattanathorn. Please read them before contacting us or using our services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into agreements under Thai law, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you are acting on behalf of another person (for example, an elderly relative), you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

3. Service Description

Rattanathorn provides legal advisory services related to pension matters under Thailand's Social Security framework. Our services are available to individuals and families based primarily in Thailand. We operate from Bangkok and serve clients in person and remotely. Full service descriptions are available on our Solutions page.

The information on this website is for general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice specific to your situation until a formal engagement has been agreed.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website or engaging our services, you agree to:

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, layout, and graphics — is the property of Rattanathorn or its licensors. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish website content without our prior written permission. Written summaries and advice documents we prepare for you as part of an engagement are for your personal use in connection with your pension matter.

6. Payment Terms

Our service fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are communicated to you before any work begins. Payment is due upon commencement of each service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash payments at our office. Receipts are provided for all payments.

If a matter is more complex than initially assessed, we will discuss any additional scope and associated cost with you before proceeding. You are under no obligation to authorise additional work.

Refunds: If we are unable to begin work on your matter after payment has been received, we will refund the full amount. Once substantive work has commenced, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and reflect work completed to date.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Each service has defined scope as described on our Solutions page. You agree that:

8. Disclaimers

Legal matters involve uncertainty, and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. While we bring relevant expertise and work diligently on every matter, we cannot promise a particular result. Our services are provided on the basis of reasonable professional care and skill, not as a warranty of any outcome.

Website content is provided in good faith for general information. It may not reflect the most current regulatory changes and should not be relied upon as specific legal advice without formal engagement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the fee paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Rattanathorn against any claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these terms, the provision of false or misleading information, or your use of this website in an unlawful manner.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement at any time by written notice. If you terminate mid-engagement, payment is due for work completed to the date of termination. We reserve the right to withdraw from a matter if we receive incomplete or materially incorrect information, or if continuing would conflict with our professional obligations. Sections relating to payment, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so we can seek to resolve the matter informally. If that is not possible, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of this website or our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.
