Steady Guidance, Every Step of the Way

Rattanathorn was founded on a simple conviction: that anyone dealing with a pension matter deserves patient, honest legal support — regardless of how complex or simple their situation might be.

Our Story

Rattanathorn began in Chatuchak, Bangkok, after our founding adviser spent several years working within Thailand's Social Security administration. What struck her most during that time was how often individuals and families arrived with legitimate entitlements — only to find the process confusing, the paperwork daunting, and the follow-up exhausting. Too many people quietly gave up on claims that were rightfully theirs.

The practice was built as a response to that observation. Rather than a large firm where clients become case numbers, we kept things deliberately small and personal. Each client speaks directly with an adviser who understands their circumstances, and each matter receives the time it actually needs — not the time that fits a billing target.

Over the years, we have guided hundreds of individuals through pension eligibility reviews, helped families navigate survivor benefit claims during already difficult periods, and supported clients in assembling the documentation that Thai authorities require. Our knowledge of the Social Security Act and related pension frameworks is thorough, and we stay current with changes in regulations and administrative practice.

We are proud to serve clients across Bangkok and the wider central Thailand region, working in both Thai and English. Our office on Thanon Phahonyothin is easy to reach, and we are always willing to find an appointment time that works around your schedule.

Legal Support for Pension Cases in Bangkok

Rattanathorn works primarily within the framework of Thailand's Social Security Act and the associated pension provisions that govern retirement, disability, and survivor entitlements. Our work covers the full range of pension-related legal support: from initial eligibility checks for individuals approaching retirement, through to the formal submission of survivor benefit claims on behalf of families who have recently experienced a bereavement.

The practice serves clients from Bangkok and the surrounding provinces, with a particular focus on those who have found the Social Security process unclear or who have encountered difficulties in assembling the paperwork their claim requires. Our approach is always methodical: we begin by reviewing what exists, identifying what is missing, and explaining what the available options mean in practical terms before taking any further steps.

For families managing a survivor claim, we understand that legal formalities are the last thing on your mind during a difficult period. That is precisely why we take on the administrative and legal burden — so that the people who matter most to you can focus on what needs their attention, rather than on forms and authority correspondence.
